I am really curious to know is there any Pennsylvanians or any small towns people that are going to vote, are really offended that Barack Obama says that you are bitter? Aren't we all bitter? Did he win or lose points with you as a voter and why?
We are in a recession. We are paying way too much for gas at the pump. Forty-seven million Americans do not have health insurance. College is no longer affordable. China and India are taking jobs away from this country. The list goes on. I think whether or not people want to admit it, we have a lot to be bitter about and Obama's words are being used by McCain and Clinton to deflect their recent moronic comments. Honestly, I don't think small town voters really cared about the bitter comment. They, like most of us, want to see change instead of living through another Bush-like presidency.

Is all of the talk and fear-mongering concerning Obama from the right (and left) baseless? In other words, is it just because his name is "Barack Hussein Obama" or are there legitimate concerns that his ethnic and religious heritage would affect the country/presidency/national security?
Bill Smith would be completely vetted as I would expect that Barack Hussein Obama would be.
They are many reasons to not cast a vote for Barack…..his name and heritage are on the bottom of the list.
So, instead of bringing up his name….why don't you tell us all the reasons to vote for him!

Some may say America does not care but this is not true because America is made of different groups of people and certainly a percentage takes that into consideration.
If Obama wins then this will be the first time in the history of the republic where there is no president or vice president who is white protestant.
Why Barack Obama takes such risk?
Time will tell.
The Evangeical leaders are very enthusiastic about Sarah Palin.
So they matter or not?
You should see all of the people in the crowds on PTL, they are excited to say the least. I’m putting my money on the Christians. And I know im my heart that Good will always prevaill over Evil. Democrat for McCain/Palin, help us make America better.

I am an insured American who is undecided in the election. I am looking for an explanation of Barack Obama's healthcare plan and if it will affect the already insured and in what way. Where will the money come from for his plan? How is he going to keep the already high medical standards intact? How is he going to prepare for his healthcare plan? Is it going to cause longer lines in hospitals, offices, etc? Why or why not?
His idea has merit but when you dig deep and realize the cost to the middle class it isn't as good as it sounds. Basically for a country this size it will take a 10% tax increase to cover the plan (which he himself admited to) & that increase starts at anyone making 50G's or more. So in the end you end up paying for this so call free health ins & for some it is not even free "it's competative".
As for countries that do have it yes the waiting list for basic surgries is very long, months, as in 6 or more.
Obviously if is urgent life treathening there is the emergency room, but i'm talking about your average surgeries like hip replacments, knee surgerie non life threatening but yet necessary these are the ones (& ones like them) you are put on a waiting list. (EG. England & Ireland)
