Did Shakira get an operation to get thin?

Compared to what she looked like in 1997 and now, she is really thin. Anyone have any input on this?
She's much more active than she was then. She's been burning more calories than she eats, which is an excellent way to lose weight. She didn't need to lose any, but her schedule is much more hectic, stressful and busy than she was then.

Are you kidding??? You know that operations are a last-resort option for OBESE people, right? And are you also aware that Shakira was never overweight, much less obese?
If Shakira is thinner, it is through diet and exercise.
